Warm oatmeal in a mixture of SC miso, rice vinegar and a splash of water. Serve warm and top with various ingredients including green onion, sesame seeds and peppers. Mix veal jus with hoisin sauce a splash of water and gochujang paste. Serve with sunny side egg drizzled with spicy veal jus.
