- Spoon and Fork Steel Cut Oatmeal
- 1 pound 21-24 count Raw Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Bunch Scallions
- Old Bay Seasoning
Heat the Spoon and Fork Steel Cut Oatmeal. Heat the olive oil in a pan until it starts to shimmer. Add the shrimp and garlic and cook the shrimp until just cooked through. Add the tomatoes and stir to combine. To serve; in a bowl add ¾ cup hot Steel-Cut Oatmeal, Spoon over the shrimp mixture. Garnish with the scallions. Top with a few dashes of Old Bay Seasoning.
