Quality Assurance Lab Technician II

JOB SUMMARY To perform finished and raw product microbiological and chemical analysis, shelf-life studies, environmental monitoring, label creation (pouch and case). Maintain database of test results and labels. Communicate to the team all relevant results.
• Maintain the Environmental monitoring to support verification and validation of cleaning and sanitizing procedures. • Trend micro data (KPI’s) on Environmental Sanitation program to track progress and elevate any out of spec results. Ensure effectiveness and continuous improvements.
• Ineffective actions could result in significant loss of time, resources and/or could have moderate impact on the organization’s public image. Decisions or actions have a significant impact on the organization. Errors are difficult to detect and may be difficult and/or costly to correct.
