Project Manager-Change Management

The Project Manager will provide leadership to enable effective execution to all cross- functional teams as they support and manage the Change Management process throughout all Kettle Cuisine sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

o Manage and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of on-going changes within the business

o Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop a project plan; creating detailed timelines to ensure successful change implementation

o Develop and Implement systems for ensuring data verification across all cross-functional stakeholders o Work with business leaders to determine prioritization of active changes; communicate and manage overall prioritization with cross-functional teams

o Demonstrate responsible and professional business leadership, holding cross-functional team members accountable for deliverable deadlines o Continuously improve the change management process o Establish and implement best practices, processes, and procedures as it relates to change management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably with a science/ business/ technical background

o Broad knowledge of food production industry helpful, but not mandatory.

o Demonstrated ability to problem solve through collaboration with cross-functional teams

o Must be conscientious, accurate, detail oriented, organized and a team player

o Ability to quickly learn new systems/procedures. Must know how to utilize all resources available, be willing to learn and accept changing priorities - Adept at meeting deadlines

o Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills

o Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Project management and/or CRM software skills a plus. o Strong demonstrated project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

o Ability to lead cross-functional groups while managing their own agenda in a fast- paced environment
