Packaging Business Unit Manager

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the three-shift operation and coordination of the Packaging Department. Direct reports are the three Packaging Managers. Primary objective is to ensure continuous improvement and efficient operation of the Packaging department to meet customer requirements in accordance with Safety, Quality, Service and Cost. Manage, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve day to day KPIs and long-term improvement.
