Job Summary
The Inventory Facilitator (IF) is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The IF will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. The IF will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain in locating materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the material issuing and commit process for production.
- The IF will timely, and safely complete cycle count of materials based on the “ABC” grouping generated in Ross which will be monitored by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate data.
- Notify planning & Purchasing of any unforeseen shorts
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
- Responsible for answering Supply Chain, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist the facility in locate materials.
- Must follow and adhere to all Safety, GMP, and HACCP programs.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area
- Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Production/ Manufacturing (3 years preferred)
- Must be able to operate an Electric reach truck and Order Picker.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
- Perform different job functions within the organization’s warehouse department.
- Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
Education-Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.
- Work requires occasional physical exertion, including some lifting of objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Employees work in a manufacturing setting with some exposure to heat, cold, dust, or other factors of minor inconvenience.

- Repetitive motion (hands/wrists)
- The position has some exposure to hazards that might cause minor injury.
- Please have availability and flexibility to work different shifts and days, sometimes for weeks at a time. May need to work weekends or overtime as required.

Pay Range for Inventory Control Clerk
The Inventory Control Clerk base pay range 22.00 - 26.00/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Inventory Control Clerk position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
