Facilities and Fabrication Technician

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all Kettle Cuisine facilities while ensuring product quality, employee safety, and food safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to: Kitchen Ventilation, Fire and Safety Systems, Buildings and Grounds
  • Modification of production equipment to increase reliability and efficiency
  • Support with new equipment installs and engineering projects
  • Participate in continuous improvement events and activities
  • Support maintenance group as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have the experience and desire for facilities maintenance work, as well as stainless steel welding and minor projects work. This position acts as a support role to the reliability supervisor with a focus on both facilities maintenance and continuous improvement project work within the production facility.
  • Prior facilities maintenance experience is a plus but not a requirement, however, stainless steel welding/fabrication experience is a must.
