Develop and execute creative and effective recruitment plans for the hiring of hourly plant associates. 

Follow recruitment process for high volume recruitment delivery; 

Use established interview guide and knowledge of required skills/knowledge/abilities to identify and differentiate candidates and short-list process; 

Process management and sourcing; 

Candidate relationship management; 

Conduct role briefing with prospective hires and set expectations for recruitment process; 

Effectively communicate position opportunity;  

Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies to support plant and business leaders; 

Produce reports and oversee local recruitment dashboard elements and assigned actions/action planning;   

Develop and foster local workplace partnerships;  

Assist with other tasks and projects as time permits. 

3+ years of full cycle recruitment and Applicant Tracking experience; 

2+ years of manufacturing, high volume recruitment experience; 

Demonstrated experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews; 

2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies;  

2+ years of organizing/tracking workforce staffing plans and associated reporting; 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit; 

Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability; 

Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team; 

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;

• Bilingual- English and Spanish is mandatory
