Responsibilities

Follow safe working practices at all times.

Follow the company GMPs and regulatory requiremnts Follow recipes and mixing instructions accurately

Mix and cook ingredients to specification and recipe

Check for required level of viscosity for each batch Plan all activities ahead to reduce downtime

Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues, errors or changes

Take instructions from supervisors Any other tasks deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by management

Check quality of prepared product Document exact results

Test samples of food items where appropriate

Ability to regularly stand and walk for long periods of time Assemble goods when necessary Operate relevant equipment

Clean equipment Be flexible and proactive in order to be able to perform tasks effectively Qualifications and Education Requirements

1 year of manufacturing experience preferably in the food industry

Experience working in temperature controlled settings

Proven track record in safe working practices Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working in a team environment

Ability to work all scheduled shifts, on time

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Must be able to read and write English.

Ability to work in fast speed environment Preferred Skills Product knowledge is preferred Passion for food and high quality

Comply with GMPs and established CCPs Complete all required documentation accurately and on time. Perform viscosity and taste test on every batch. Perform recipe procedures as established.

Review ingredients for quality before starting to add them to the batch. Help in the gathering of ingredients for a batch (kitting ingredients) Assemble, disassemble and cleaning of assigned equipment.
