Inspiration

Boneless chicken breast, prosciutto (or bacon), fresh sage, fontina cheese, glace de viande. Sautee chicken breast; add glace de viande and prosciutto. Plate chicken and smother with prosciutto pan demi; garnish with fontina cheese and fresh sage.
