Boneless chicken breast, prosciutto (or bacon), fresh sage, fontina cheese, Glace de Viande. Sautee chicken breast; add Glace de Viande and prosciutto. Plate chicken and smother with prosciutto pan demi; garnish with fontina cheese and fresh sage.
