What is your favorite kitchen utensil or appliance?
I would have to go with the very fancy stove that was installed a few months ago in my kitchen.
What ingredient do you most often use in your home cooking?
Olive oil.
What is your earliest childhood memory that speaks to your love of making or eating food?
When a Bolognese sauce was cooking on the stove for hours and we would tear bread off and dip it in the sauce and eat it. Mouthwatering goodness.
What is your all time favorite food indulgence?
Pizza. Dripping with red sauce, loaded with artichoke, mushroom, and pepperoni. Second place would be clam chowder! Only if the clam chowder was made in New England.
