Individual Product Specification Sheets
A dedicated "spec sheet" for each of our varieties compiles the following information: product description, shelf life, product code, UPC number, nutrition facts panel, ingredients, storage and handling instructions, product attributes (e.g. dairy free), nutrient content claims (e.g. good source of fiber), garnishing and alternative application suggestions, and packaging specifications.
