At Kettle Cuisine, we honor the traditional
craft of soup making, using no shortcuts. We prepare our own
flavorful stocks from scratch
using fresh, unprocessed ingredients. We sauté hand-prepared
vegetables and braise fresh meats, so each ingredient is cooked
to taste and texture perfection. We simmer in small batches,
adding herbs and spices at just the right moment for optimal
flavor.
And when Kettle Cuisine chefs develop
innovative new recipes for our standard soup line and our
seasonal soup menu, they are confident their gold standard will
be consistently honored.
We know
that some think we go a little overboard in our methods, but, at
Kettle Cuisine, we believe it’s the only way to make soup.
