Consolidated Ingredient and Nutritional Information

This one document contains key product attributes (e.g. dairy free), a full list of ingredients, allergens (e.g. contains wheat), and critical nutritional information for all of our varieties. Many operators keep this document behind their service counters or in other easily accessible areas to help employees quickly and effectively answer consumer inquiries.

Nutrient Content Matrix

This two page document offers a wide range of information in a format that allows you to quickly identify products in our portfolio that meet certain nutritional or dietary requirements. The first page is a matrix of key nutritional information (e.g. calories) and key product attributes (e.g. dairy free) for each variety. The second page is a matrix that identifies critical nutrient content claims for each variety (e.g. good source of fiber). Operators often use this tool to help in making more balanced menu rotation decisions.

Individual Product Specification Sheets

A dedicated sheet for each of our varieties compiles the following information: product description, shelf life, product code, UPC number, nutrition facts panel, ingredients, storage and handling instructions, product attributes (e.g. dairy free), nutrient content claims (e.g. good source of fiber), garnishing and alternative application suggestions, and packaging specifications. These "spec sheets" are a good resource when you need to answer a consumer inquiry about a single variety or when you are exploring alternative solutions for promoting or serving a specific soup.

These Avery Label template labels can be used when repacking any of Kettle Cuisine's soups into refrigerated or frozen retail cups.
